Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping (3-7 business days). Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays), allow up to 3 business days.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and USPS First Class (3-7 business days). Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@poppypodshop.com. Items must be in original, undamaged condition. We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective items.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
